What we send
Every text we send about your vehicle is typed by a person at our counter — a question about work we have found, an update on the repair, or word that the vehicle is ready. We do not run automated campaigns, and we do not send marketing, promotions, offers or maintenance reminders.
Two messages are automatic, and those are the only ones: an acknowledgement if you call and we cannot pick up, and the replies to STOP and HELP.
How you sign up
On the booking form on this site there is a separate “text me” checkbox, unticked by default. Ticking it is optional — you can book without it, and we'll call or email you instead. If you tick it, we may text the number you gave us about that booking and repair.
At our counter or on the phone, we ask before we text you. Our service advisor asks whether BMCO Motors may text you at your number about your repair, and tells you that the texts are only about that vehicle, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP at any time to end the texts or HELP for help. We text you only if you say yes. Your answer is recorded on your customer record with the date and time, and that it was given at the counter. If you say no, or we do not ask, we do not text you — and saying no changes nothing about your repair.
How often
Message frequency varies with the work being done — typically a few messages per repair visit.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.
Stopping
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number immediately. Reply START to resume.
Help
Reply HELP to any message, or call us on (346) 663-8020.
Your number
We never share or sell mobile numbers or consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Ayuda
